About Our House PlansAbout Our Plans A Study Plan lets you have a good close look at the plan you are interested in for a fraction of the cost of the construction drawings. Study sets are only $220 each and includes delivery to anywhere in Australia! With a study plan you are able to discuss the design with your builder and establish a rough building cost. Construction Plans are designed to meet non cyclonic seasonal conditions and construction methods prevalent to the State of NSW and the requirement of the Building Code of Australia. Your local codes may vary or change periodically. For this reason Australian House Plans cannot warrant full compliance with any specific codes other than the Building Code of Australia. We believe that our plans are suitable for construction but you should have your builder review the plans prior to construction. These are either specialist fields or personal choices to be determined in conjunction with your builder. Also, our plans do not contain information specific to your site, I.e. site plan, landscape plan or site analysis. Mirror Reversed Plans: There is a nominal charge to have the plans reversed. Our mirror plans have all text reading correctly and are not simple mirror images. Refer to our pricing schedule for further details. Payment: Payment shall be made by cheque or money order and should accompany your printed order form. For your convenience we also accept Visa card for phone orders. Returns Policy: All sales are final upon receipt of order. No refunds or returns will be accepted. Ensure that you have checked the external dimensions prior to placing your order. Additional Services: All of the plans available on this website are computer drawn. Minor changes and modifications can be made quickly and inexpensively. We offer a drafting service to change our standard plans according to your needs. Please contact us and we will be happy to quote you a price for changes to our standard plans. |
