Australian House Plans wishes each client to have as much information as possible, to make their plan selection easier. Here are some answers to our most commonly asked questions.
Q: Can I order additional sets after I have placed my original order?
A: Yes, we can send additional sets of plans for the scheduled fee up to 60 days after your original purchase date. If you wish to order additional sets after 60 days, it would be treated as a new order.
Q: Can we make copies of a plan once we have purchased it?
A: No, all of the plans offered by Australian House Plans are protected under Australian copyright law and cannot be copied. Refer to previous question if you require additional plan sets.
Q: Can we make changes to any plan available from Australian House Plans?
A: Yes, we are able to make changes to all of our standard plans. Please contact us for a quotation for this service.
Q: If I order plans today, when will I receive the plans?
A: All orders are delivered using the Australia Post system. Plans will leave our office within 48 hours of receipt of payment for your order.
Q: How can I place an order with Australian House Plans?
A: Orders can be placed by using the checkout facility on this website.
Q: Can I order plans from outside of Australia?
A: Yes, but your construction methods may need to be modified to conform to local building requirements. Consult your builder for further advice.
Q: How do I know you have received my order?
A: All orders for house plans will receive an email confirming your order details.
Q: If I change my mind or dont like the plans, can I return them for a refund?
A: No, all sales are final upon receipt of payment for your order. No refunds or returns will be accepted. Ensure that you have checked the external dimensions prior to placing your order.
